If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

– You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

5 Poor quality of goods due to transportation

When customers receive wrapped wet or contorted goods, we recommend that customers should check the actual goods condition within the time of receipt and reflect it on the goods receipt bill from the staff. Forward and contact us by email

6 Product form is not the same as the original description Feel free to contact us by email, and we will be happy to hear from you and deal with you (detail on each case)

– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
– You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item.

Refunds for digital products
Our policy does not provide refunds for Digital Products. Customers must be sure to read carefully our description of the digital product; Follow the process of free download / access (if available) to ensure you understand how it works

If you consider your circumstances to be a special situation, please contact us and we will review your request. In the event that we make a refund, your access to the Digital Products will be revoked.
